District Councillor Message
I want to congratulate all the award winners this year especially those from the Central District, which include Anita Miller, Yvonne Spade, Annette Cook, Crystal Patterson, Katrina Fryar, Tera Benefiel, Roxanne Clifton, and Deborah Westervelt. If I missed anyone, please let me know! The 2025 Annual Meeting will be held in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania from July 20th through July 25th. More information will be coming soon. Don鈥檛 forget that the delegate reports should be posted on your state society community webpage. Our new officers and board member list for the coming year includes Harry Narine, President, Michael Wade, Vice-President, Fran Oran, Treasurer, Cherry Ann Da Costa-Carter, Secretary, Katrina Fryar, Sanda Jones, Jill Carlson, Christopher Williams, Jeff Wooley, and Kaye Tschop. I encourage everyone to try to attend their State Society Fall meetings. The Magnolia Educational Treasurer鈥檚 Meeting will be held on September 19-22 in Maitland, Florida and the Rocky Mountain /Central Plains meeting will be held in Sterling, Colorado on September 27th and 28th.
